Need help with your mooring? We offer an annual mooring maintenance service. We service moorings & usually have a guest mooring available for transients. Call or email us in advance to reserve one. We also rent a limited number of slips on a seasonal basis. Unfortunately, our slips are normally sold out.

BCMS Members mostly own homes on nearby islands and use our facilities as their land base. They pay an annual fee for parking, trash disposal, guest office-Wi-Fi, and dingy dock, Many also rent a slip or mooring. We arrange security checks in winter and deliveries to the island in Summer when needed.

We set customer's floats in the spring and haul their floats in the fall. Repair older floats and build replacements too. Contact our Marine Services Manager.

Transients Welcome! Gas, Diesel, Water, Ice, Pump-Out, Laundry, Wi-Fi, Moorings, Dingy Dock, Haul-Out Beach, & Store. Our dock store sells LOBSTER & LOCAL SHELLFISH, coffee, soda, water, sandwiches, chips & snacks, a few basic groceries, bagged ice , cube or block.

- BCMS has over 20 years experience building the highest quality floats to meet your needs.
- Frame is 2 x 10's laminated to 2 x 6's, pressure treated or untreated spruce, your choice.
- Heavy duty galvanized angle iron fasteners, through bolted.
- 2 x 6 deck fastened with stainless steel nails.
- decking of spruce, cedar or composite, your choice.
- Foam filled heavy duty roto -molded polyethylene drum floats resist oil, gas, UV rays & salt water.
- Skids on bottom for easy hauling.
- Cleats and/or 2x4 tie-ups.
- 8 year Limited Warranty ( pro-rated).
